At HCG, we routinely map out our clients’ existing industry value chain. Understanding the industry value chain takes time and is a worthwhile exercise.

The next exercise is to create our clients’ future value chain, using the map of the status quo and any resource or market constraints. We help clients find ways to remove pain and add value through the entire process, from materials sourcing to disposal.

Often new technologies can be added in some way, to impact every step in the value chain. Technology can aid the functional removal of steps, to create and capture even more value, both now and in the future.
