Leadership Intelligence Academy is a flipped classroom model with blended learning and is the result of a holistic collaboration between John Hale and Sam Ramakrishnan, PhD.

John R. Hale speaks at conferences, advises on strategy and runs development programs for leaders.

He is the founder of Hale Consulting Group, co-founder of Leadership Intelligence Academy and a Visiting Professor of Management. He has taught at Singapore Management University, Melbourne Business School and Bond University. He has spoken at the Global Speakers Forum, as a representative of the Professional Speakers Association.

His leadership and director roles within multi-national technology companies and elite sporting programs allow him to shed new light on strategic conversations around business transformation and human performance.

John’s workshops and keynote messages include powerful models and metaphors along with narratives woven together from a diverse range of sources. From this space, he inspires people to think differently, share ideas and lead change.

Sathiya (Sam) Ramakrishnan is a coach and inspirational speaker. He is passionate about bringing out the best version of people through empowerment.

He is the founder of SMB Health and co-founder of Leadership Intelligence Academy. He holds a PhD in Health & Biomedical Sciences from the University of Queensland, Australia. A research scientist by training, Sathiya has worked in the areas of Neuroscience and Lifestyle diseases at Harvard Medical School, Boston USA.

His research work has been published in peer-reviewed, international scientific journals. He is contributing strategic and management expertise to SMEs, NFPs, and Corporates.

Sathiya conducts seminars & workshops on mindfulness, personal development, peak-performance, resilience and stress management.

Sathiya is a spiritual mentor and teaches yoga of devotion, mantra meditation, eastern and western spirituality for aspiring students
